– Upon request, confirmed itineraries can be uploaded to Axus for seamless sharing with clients
Commissions & Payments
We typically quote gross prices, and the commission percentage can be discussed and agreed upon before the proposal is issued.
Commissions are paid within the first week of the month following the client’s departure. Payment is processed automatically via Onyx, and no invoice is required from the advisor or agency.
Deposits and final balances are payable in euros. A secure Stripe link will be sent, allowing the advisor/clients to input the client’s credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted).
No credit card fees are applied by us; however, any charges from the client’s bank remain out of our responsibility.
We also accept payment by bank transfer.
Guest Services
Our team, comprised of over 20 dedicated professionals, is based in Florence, with additional offices in Rome, Pompei, Puglia, and Palermo, ensuring we provide personalized service and expertise throughout the country.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
We also have staff available to support in-house guests on weekends and outside of regular hours.

How to Work With Us
For all booking inquiries, please contact the Arno Travel Designer Team at info@arnotravel.it
This is our central communication hub, and your request will be promptly assigned to a dedicated travel designer.
When sending a request, kindly include as many details as possible about your clients and their plans for Italy, including:
– The available budget for the Italian portion of the trip
– Your clients’ preferences, including relevant dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, or any other special requirements they may have
– Whether you prefer to receive gross or net pricing (net meaning that you will pay Arno Travel the net rates, and client will pay you directly with the markup you choose to apply)
– Your IATA number, so we can register your information correctly
We will then send a curated PDF proposal outlining all services and pricing, with a clear cost breakdown. All prices are quoted in euros, and services are subject to availability.
Booking Information
– Please note that we are unable to arrange accommodations alone — as a DMC, we book hotels, villas, and apartments only when they are part of an itinerary that includes ground services
– Arno Travel is happy to revise the initial proposal as needed; however, following the third revision, a deposit of 30% may be requested as a sign of the client’s commitment
– We can arrange tickets for special events and concerts when these are included in an itinerary that also features ground services. Please note: these services are non-commissionable and will incur a handling fee
Service Confirmation
Once the itinerary is finalized, we will ask for confirmation and a 30% non-refundable deposit to proceed with bookings.
Please note that no services or accommodations will be secured until the deposit is received.
The full balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the client’s arrival.
